A trip like this is an investment in your family, not an expense. You’ll grow, laugh, play, explore, relax, and reconnect, creating the kind of quality time many families rarely experience anymore. I’m thrilled to guide you through this unforgettable adventure!

☀️. Our 2026 Families in Flow trip keeps things simple. Natura Cabana offers endless opportunities for exploration, relaxation, delicious natural food, and sustainable living, so there’s no need to over-schedule.

🌊 For families who crave more adventure, à-la-carte excursions are easy to add (and I’ll help coordinate them!).

🪷 To give each family flexibility with activity level, meals, and budget, the trip cost includes your room + $400 per person, covering everything listed on the Accommodations Options page.

🐚 Additional experiences—like surfing, kiteboarding, waterfall hikes, horseback riding, and more—are available in our Excursions Guide and can be planned together as we get closer to the trip.

DEPOSIT

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the room is due at the time of booking.
Deposit may be paid by credit/debit card, check or Zelle transfer.
Zelle Transfer or Checks Preferred. Payment by credit card accepted, with 4% fee (request electronic invoice).

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Deposit: Due at the time of booking (above)
Payment 2 due: January 5, 2026 (remaining room balance + 50% of the per person trip fees)
Balance due: February 13, 2026 (remaining 50% of the per person trip fees and any pre-booked additional excursions that require pre-payment or deposit)

You will receive a statement and reminder by email 2 weeks before your payment is due. Zelle or checks preferred. Credit card and convenience fee of 4% added to all payments 2 and 3 paid by card. Request invoice to pay by card. 

Reservations made after January 5, 2026: Full room cost + 50% of the trip fees due at booking.

REFUNDS

Your deposit is non-refundable after November 30, 2025. Should you require a refund of your deposit before that time, you will receive a full refund (less credit card fees incurred).

For cancellations November 30 - January 5: No refund of deposit available
For cancellations January 5 – January 20: No refund of deposit, 50% refund of payment 2 (less credit card fees).
For cancellations January 21 - February 13: No refund of deposit, 50% refund of payments 2 and 3 combined (less credit card fees).

For cancellations February 14 and later: No refunds available.

Your deposit/registration is transferable to another person/family for the same retreat subject to approval.
