INVESTMENT

A bucket trip like this is an investment in living. You will grow, laugh, play, have space, explore, relax, challenge yourselves, and learn new things. I am so excited to bring you all of these experiences, and to guide you through this adventure that you might not otherwise have considered possible.

The amount you invest in this trip is determined by the accommodation option you select. Please refer to the accommodations page for this information and to see what is available.

DEPOSIT

A deposit of 25% plus 4% credit card fee per person is due at the time of booking. The total deposit due will be reflected when you choose your accommodation type.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Deposit: Due at the time of booking (above)
Payment 2 due: March 30, 2024 (50% of total)
Balance due: June 30, 2024 (remaining 25%)

You will receive a statement and reminder by email 2 weeks before your payment is due. Zelle or checks preferred. Credit card and convenience fee of 4% added to all payments 2 and 3 paid by card. Request invoice 2 ten days prior to payment due date in oderto pay by card. Payments must be received by the due date. Please mail checks one week in advance to ensure they are received on time.

Reservations made after May 31, 2024 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

REFUNDS

Your deposit is non-refundable after December 31, 2023. Should you require a refund of your deposit before that time, you will receive a full refund less credit card fees incurred.

For cancellations December 31 - March 29, 2024: No refund of deposit available
For cancellations March 30 - June 30, 2024: No refund of deposit, 50% refund of payment 2 less credit card fees.
For cancellations July 1, 2024 and later: No refunds available.

Your deposit/registration is transferable to another person for the same retreat subject to approval.

We reserve the right to determine if you are a good fit for this trip (if not, your deposit will be refunded in full).
