INVESTMENT

A family trip of a lifetime like this one is an investment, not an expense. You will grow, laugh, play, have space, explore, relax, challenge yourselves, learn new things, and spend quality time together that many families just do not get to have anymore. I am so excited to bring you all of these experiences, and to guide you through this adventure that you might not otherwise have considered possible.

I have structured this trip around the number of people per room/family as so much of it is packaged together. The rooms may be able to have some flexibility in terms of bed types and configurations. Once you have decided that this trip is exactly what your family needs, and you have booked for the number of people participating, we will work together to find the right configuration for you, based on availability. So, the first to sign up get to be the first to choose how their rooms are configured (within what’s possible and available at the hotel).

Family of 2: $3500 (early bird rate of $3200 when you book before October 1, 2023)

Family of 3: $4500 (early bird rate of $4200 when you book before October 1, 2023)

Family of 4: $5500 (early bird rate of $5200 when you book before October 1, 2023)

Family of 5: $6500 (early bird rate of $6200 when you book before October 1, 2023)

DEPOSIT

A deposit of $500/person is due at the time of booking.
Deposit may be paid by credit/debit card, check or Zelle transfer.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Deposit: Due at the time of booking (above)
Payment 2 due: December 1, 2023 (50% of remaining balance)
Balance due: February 1, 2024

You will receive a statement and reminder by email 2 weeks before your payment is due. Zelle or checks preferred. Credit card and convenience fee of 5% added to all payments 2 and 3 paid by card. Request invoice to pay by card. 

Reservations made after January 30, 2024 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

REFUNDS

Your deposit is non-refundable after October 31, 2023. Should you require a refund of your deposit before that time, you will receive a full refund less credit card fees incurred.

For cancellations November 1 – November 30: No refund of deposit available
For cancellations December 1 – January 30: No refund of deposit, 50% refund of payment 2 less credit card fees.
For cancellations February 1 – February 29: No refund of deposit, 50% refund of payments 2 and 3 combined, less credit card fees.
or cancellations March 1 and later: No refunds available.

Your deposit/registration is transferable to another person/family for the same retreat subject to approval.

We reserve the right to determine if you are a good fit for this trip (if not, your deposit will be refunded in full).
