The Philosophy

You:Unplugged was born from a realization: many of us are so chronically “busy” that we are not actually getting anywhere we want to be. We are doing all the things - for ourselves and others - but getting further away from the life we want to live

That could be because our actions are not aligned with our goals. But it could also be something deeper - that our goals are not actually our own, or they are old ideas set in motion by others or who we used to be, or who we thought we should be. 

And when we are living in a state of chronic over-engagement - physically, mentally, emotionally - we simply cannot see any of that clearly. 

Real change requires self-observation, without judgment. Getting to know yourself deeply enough to finally see the thoughts creating your feelings, and the feelings driving your actions. Once you can see that pattern, you can make the adjustments necessary - setting priorities and boundaries that actually reflect who you are and what matters most to you, and letting go of the busyness propelled by life on autopilot

You:Unplugged is about balancing effort with recovery, movement with stillness, strength with softness. Through yoga, breathwork, reflection and intentional practice, you begin to listen more closely to what you actually need - and uncover who you really are.

This is not about doing more perfectly.

It is about becoming more fully aware, authentically alive, and finally free to live the life you actually want.

Rooted in the Tantra Hatha yoga tradition and accessible to all, You:Unplugged - The Sunday Reset is a 75-minute live online experience for anyone who is tired of feeling busy but not fulfilled.

We’ll move and breathe together - slowing down enough to reconnect with what you really need physically, mentally, and emotionally. Not to add more to your life, but to finally hear what’s already there.

This is a complete standalone experience with its own value - and also your first step into something deeper if you’re ready for it.
