The Philosophy
The Work-In Collective was born from a realization:
we cannot constantly push, perform, produce, and override ourselves without consequence.
So many of us live in a state of chronic over-engagement - physically, mentally, emotionally - until eventually the nervous system asks for something different. Rest. Space. Breath. Reflection. A return to ourselves.
The Work-In is about balancing effort with recovery, movement with stillness, strength with softness. Through yoga, nervous system support, reflection, meditative practices, and intentional experiences, we begin to listen more closely to what we actually need. And uncover who we really are.
This is not about doing more perfectly.
It is about becoming more fully aware and authentically alive.
About this Class
Rooted in the Tantra Hatha yoga tradition and accessible to all, a 75-minute live online experience for anyone feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from themselves beneath the noise of everyday life.
Through mindful movement, grounding breathwork, and restorative rest, we’ll slow down long enough to reconnect with what you need — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This experience also includes a downloadable Work-In Companion Journal with simple reflection prompts and practices to help you reconnect with yourself throughout the week(s) ahead.
Sunday Reset
You spend so much time taking care of schedules, responsibilities, work, and other people that eventually you stop checking in with yourself.
This class is space to breathe again.
